Together, the Council for the Advancement of Native Development Officers (Cando), Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) and National Aboriginal Land Managers Association (NALMA) are seeking an experienced consultant/consulting company to conduct an environmental scan and create a national baseline report that identifies all pre-existing Additions to Reserve and Reserve Creation (ATR/RC) resources that are publicly available in Canada. This scan and baseline report will support the development of additional complementary resources to enhance the collaborative capacity development of First Nations and municipalities in the Additions to Reserve and Reserve Creation process.
