The National Aboriginal Lands Managers Association (NALMA) is a national, First Nation–led, non-political, not-for-profit organization established in 2000 to support First Nation land managers across Canada. Working with eight Regional Lands Associations, NALMA focuses on capacity development, training, and advancing best practices in Indigenous land governance and stewardship.
NALMA’s publications share research, tools, case studies, and perspectives that support land managers, promote sustainable land management, and reflect First Nations values, knowledge, and leadership in caring for their lands.
