Registration & Travel Information for NALMA’s 13th National Gathering & PLMCP Graduation Gala
The National Aboriginal Lands Managers Association (NALMA), is pleased to extend a warm invitation to attend NALMA’s 13th National Lands Managers Gathering, taking place from October 21 to 23, 2025, at the Halifax Convention Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
This year’s event also includes the PLMCP Graduation Gala, which will take place on the evening of Wednesday, October 22, 2025.
To help you plan your attendance, please carefully review the important details below:
Important Registration Details
You will need to register separately for both the Gathering and the Graduation Gala, even though they are part of the same event and use the same registration link.
Please follow these steps when registering:
- To register for the NALMA National Gathering (Oct. 21–23),
- Select the ticket option listed under: October 21, 2025, at 8:30 AM
- To register for the PLMCP Graduation Gala (evening of Oct. 22),
- Select the ticket option listed under: October 22, 2025, at 5:00 PM
Both tickets must be registered and confirmed individually if you plan to attend both events. There are limited tickets available for the Graduation Gala.
Hotel Accommodations
Please make your own travel and hotel arrangements. NALMA has secured a group rate at The Sutton Place Hotel, available until September 21, 2025. Be sure to book early to take advantage of the discounted rate.

Calling All Artisans and Vendors!
Join us at the 13th National Gathering of the National Aboriginal Lands Managers Association (NALMA), happening October 21–23, 2025, at the Halifax Convention Centre in beautiful Halifax, Nova Scotia.
NALMA’s 13th National Gathering brings together over 200 First Nation lands managers and professionals from across the country, offering a unique opportunity to connect, share, and celebrate First Nation land management and practices. Your presence as an artisan or vendor will add to the richness and diversity of the event. The Tradeshow is an integral part of NALMA’s 13th National Gathering, offering a platform to showcase products, services, and initiatives that support or relate to First Nation land management.
Tradeshow content is expected to align with themes of land governance, environmental stewardship, community development, or professional services that support Indigenous communities and/ or land management.
This requirement does not apply to artisan participants, who are welcome to showcase their handmade goods, traditional crafts, and creations.
Event Details:
Dates: October 21–23, 2025
Location: Halifax Convention Centre, 1650 Argyle Street, Halifax, NS
Vendor Amenities: 6ft table, 2 chairs, Wi-Fi, access to power (by request), and waste disposal
Set-Up: October 20 (4–7PM) or October 21 (7–8:30AM)
Tear-Down: October 23 by 2:00PM
Table cost: Free
